«Team Experience» (madrid, spain)
Accommodation type is arranged according to the team’s preferences. Options include hotels near the training facilities or the club’s official residence. Full board, transfers, and chaperone services can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
The program includes visits to the Civitas Metropolitano Stadium, the Museum of Legends, and the city center. These experiences offer deeper insight into the club’s philosophy and provide cultural immersion in Madrid.
Atlético de Madrid’s technical staff conducts masterclasses and lectures on leadership, club values, teamwork, and game analysis. These sessions are designed for both players and coaches.
During their stay, teams play one or more friendly matches against Academy teams or local clubs. This provides an opportunity to apply acquired knowledge in practice and to benchmark their level against Spanish teams.
Training takes place at the club’s official base—CD Alcalá, home of Atlético de Madrid Academy. Sessions are run by official club coaches and adapted to the technical and tactical needs of each team, aligned with the club’s playing philosophy.
The program focuses not only on skill development but also on deep game understanding: positioning, decision-making, coordinated pressing, transitions, attacking and defensive structure. Tactical analysis and video tools are used to enhance session effectiveness.
Specialized sessions are available for specific lines (defense, midfield, attack), goalkeeper training, and joint drills with Academy teams to foster experience exchange and boost team dynamics.
Team Experience is an exclusive program designed for football teams seeking a comprehensive immersion into the professional structure of Atlético de Madrid. The goal is to combine athletic development with cultural and educational experiences in the city of Madrid.
