Training sessions are led by coaches from Madrid, who tailor the training according to each player's skill level and attributes while preserving the competitive and educational values of football.
Participants in this program will have the opportunity to advance and eventually transition into the High Performance Program once they are ready.
DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PROGRAM
TECHNIFICATION PROGRAM
This program is designed for all players looking to develop their skills through the Atlético de Madrid Academy methodology, under the supervision of academy coaches.
It is suitable for both experienced players seeking advanced training and beginners who want to enjoy football and share their passion for the sport. Our local coaches will guide players throughout the training process.
At this stage, special attention is given to technical skills and game understanding, as the program also serves as a preparatory step for future admission into the academy.
A program designed for players under 14, aimed at developing professional-level footballers while maintaining the educational values of Atlético de Madrid. Participants get a unique opportunity to become part of our strategic residential program for athletes at Akbulak training center. Players undergo 360° training, focusing on healthy habits, psychological resilience, and key life values.
Under the guidance of head coaches from Madrid and local specialists in fitness, individual training, goalkeeping, analysis, and physiotherapy, players will train in an optimal environment to enhance their physical abilities, technical-tactical skills, and overall game understanding in a competitive setting.
